Payment types
1. Online: All payment data is handled entirely (100%) by our payment service provider - Stripe (https://stripe.com/)
and is encrypted to meet security standards at PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.
Payments can be made with credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro).
Scope of service
Sportifiq provides your sport club with online booking system that can be completely set and configured by the sport club.
Booking system includes handling court vacancy information, customer information and your sport club information.
We offer help with setting up a sport club via email and if desired also by phone (00386 4050 4828). We respond to every email in 1 working day time.
All sport club data is stored on Sportifiq.com servers and is available in its entirety upon request. All sport club data can also be deleted if
requested via email (needs to be sent to support@sportifiq.com).
Warranty
There is no warranty or guarantee of any of the information and/or service provided by Sportifiq. While we strive to provide you with intelligent high quality booking system, we may accidentally make mistakes. We cannot be held liable for these mistakes or any subsequent issues.
Termination
You may cancel our service at any time. There are no refunds for completed transactions.
